**Please note that this application is for admittance into both the digital sanctuary (accessible at Phase 2), and the Astral Village (only accessible at Phase 3.) If you do get beamed up on the 11/11 portal and your application was accepted BEFORE 11/11 you’ll be welcomed into the Village. If not, that’s okay!
